Acclaimed Greek pianist Lefki Karpodini returns to Theocharakis Foundation with the first recital of her concert series entitled “FORMA MUSICALE”, introducing her audience to the SONATA musical form.
Well-known works of the classical repertoire have been written in this form or are parts of Sonatas – from the Concertos and Symphonies of the great masters to Mozart’s Alla Turca. In this recital, the presentation of the forma sonata expands from the baroque era in Spain to the beginning of the 20th century in France.
