DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Shipping / Delivery

Delivery takes 3-5 business days from the date of your order.
You may also pick up your order from our physical store. In this case and if no payment has been processed in any of the following ways, the product of your choice will be stored for 5 days.

Payment methods

  1. Bank deposit Eurobank, Piraeus Bank, National Bank of Greece (ιn this case, please send us the deposit by e-mail to artshop@thf.gr)
  2. All credit and debit cards via Eurobank processing and transactions via PayPal
  3. Cash on delivery

Note: Shipping costs within Greece are 3 euros.

Return Policy
Our online store gives you the opportunity to return the product you have purchased within 20 business days from the date of receipt. In this case you must send us an e-mail with the return request to which we will respond as soon as possible.
The return can be completed in any way you wish (either by sending the product back or by bringing it directly to our physical store) and is only accepted if the product remains in the same initial condition you received it.
Return costs are borne by you unless the product is defective or has been delivered late. In these cases our store bear the cost.
By the time the return is completed, you can choose a new product of equal or greater value either from our e-shop or from our physical store.

Refunds apply only for online orders.
Earrings cannot be returned.

Delivery takes 10-15 business days from the date of your order.

– All credit and debit cards via Eurobank processing and transactions via PayPal
– Cash on delivery is not supported.
Note: Shipping costs within Europe are 10 euros and outside Europe 25 euros.
Return Policy
In case you receive a defective product, which was damaged during transport, you may ask for a refund.
In case you wish to replace the defective product with a new one, we bear the cost of resending.
In both cases you must send us an e-mail with your request accompanied by photos of the product, within 20 working days from the date of receipt, to which we will respond as soon as possible. Once your request is approved, you have the option of choosing a new product of equal or greater value.
In case you just want to change the product you received with another one, you bear both the return costs of the old product, as well as the shipping costs of the new one.
