Venue Hire

The B & M Theocharakis Foundation offers its spaces the Auditorium, Café Merlin, the Roof Garden, and the Reception Hall for a wide range of events: conferences, book presentations, lectures, press conferences, corporate meetings, or private dinners.

Since 2007, the Foundation has hosted dozens of successful events for leading organizations and partners.

Lobby

Located on the ground floor, the Reception Hall serves as a welcoming space for event registration, signage, and guest information.

Auditorium

Capacity: 155 seats Fully equipped with sound system, full HD projector and screen, fiber-optic internet, livestreaming, recording, and video facilities. The Auditorium also features a grand Steinway piano.

Café Merlin

Capacity: up to 130 (standing) or 75 (seated) Overlooking the National Garden, Café Merlin is ideal for cocktails, coffee breaks, lunches, and smaller-scale events. Facilities include sound system, fiber-optic internet, and an LG 86’’ (4K) screen.

Roof garden

Capacity: up to 150 guests (outdoor) / 30 guests (indoor) With panoramic views of the Acropolis, the National Garden, and Mount Lycabettus, the Roof Garden provides a unique setting for receptions and high-profile gatherings. Equipped with a sound system and flexible layouts for both outdoor and indoor use.
